Elspeth Rechargeable Table Lamp - Tapered Fabric Shade on an Aluminum Base, 4.7 x 11.4 Inches, Cordless Touch Three-Color LED

The VoriHaus Elspeth Rechargeable Table Lamp is a conventional shape, a gently tapered fabric shade on a slim pedestal, built without a cable. The point of a cordless lamp of this shape is that it can go where a socket does not: the middle of a dining table, a windowsill, a shelf away from the wall, and then back to the nightstand the same evening.

The shade is fabric over an aluminum profile base, and the base is the switch. One touch turns it on, and further touches step through three color temperatures, 2800K warm, 4500K neutral and 6000K cool, at 120 lumens. Inside is a 2500mAh rechargeable cell charging over USB-C, with an indicator light that shows charge state, so the lamp does not simply die without warning. At 120 lumens this is an ambient lamp rather than a reading light, and the three temperatures matter more here than raw output does.

It stands 11.4 inches high on a 4.7 inch base and is offered in three colorways, shown in the swatches above. VoriHaus recommends charging it fully before first use, standing it on a level surface, dusting the shade with a dry soft brush rather than a damp cloth, and wiping the aluminum base dry. The shade sits close to its frame, so it does not spin out of line when the lamp is carried from room to room.
