Lysander Glass Dome Table Lamp - Frosted Shade on an Aluminum Base, 7.1 x 10.6 Inches, USB Touch Dimmable Three-Color LED

The VoriHaus Lysander Glass Dome Table Lamp sets a frosted glass dome on a polished aluminum base. The dome is the full width of the lamp, so it casts a broad, even circle of light downward with no hot spot and no visible filament, the kind of light that suits a bedside table where a directional lamp tends to glare at whoever is lying down.

The base is the control. A touch turns the lamp on and off, further touches move through three color temperatures, warm, neutral and cool, and the dimming runs off the same sensor, so brightness and color are both set without a switch or a remote. The LED bulb is included. Power arrives over USB at 5V DC, which means the lamp can run from a laptop port or a power bank as easily as a wall adapter.

It stands 10.6 inches high and 7.1 inches wide and comes in four colorways, shown in the swatches above. Frosted glass shows fingerprints more than it shows dust. VoriHaus recommends standing the lamp on a level surface, handling it by the aluminum base, and switching it off before wiping the dome with a dry soft cloth. The dome lifts clear of the base, which is what gives the lamp its even spread rather than a visible bright core.
